This resolution creates the the Joint Georgia-North Carolina and Georgia-Tennessee Boundary Line Commission. This six-person commission will be formed to meet with representatives from Tennessee and North Carolina to survey and establish the true boundary lines between GA, TN and NC.

Similar legislation, HR 51 has passed the House. SR 794, passed in 2018 and was signed by the Governor.

General County Government Impact Fees Larry Ramsey Revenue & Finance
This proposed constitutional amendment would authorize the General Assembly to pass general laws allowing school systems to impose impact fees on new development, for the purpose of defraying the cost of expanded or new school infrastructure. Counties and cities would be required to collect those impact fees as a part of the regular development process.
